We loved being just a short walk from Endicott Park and the historic General Israel Putnam House, making our city strolls so enjoyable and convenient. the hotel offers a comfortable base for families like ours with kids to easily explore the area's fascinating landmarks and get some fresh air in the nearby parks.

Request a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings away from event noise.

I had a terrible experience trying to check out. Despite paying in advance for an extra night, the front desk still insisted I owed money and kept me there for over half an hour trying to resolve it. The carpets in the room were filthy, and the hallway smelled terrible.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly and responsive, promptly adjusting our room rate due to an issue. Enjoyed the breakfast options, but the limited snacks in the pantry and lack of shampoo on request were disappointing. Be sure to ask for extras at check-in!

The rooms feature an unusually large refrigerator, a microwave, and even a dishwasher—unique details that not every hotel offers. AC performs admirably, keeping rooms cool during hotter days.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. The room emitted an unpleasant odor initially, and the carpet felt unsettlingly cold as if it were damp. Door access was a hassle, floating somewhere between stiff and stuck. Shower pressure leaves much to be desired, feeling softer than ideal. My second room was an upgrade of sorts, with a faint odor, but still had stains on the carpet, an AC that creaked, and thin walls letting in noise from traffic and footsteps above—a setup likely to disturb those seeking peace.

They promptly adjusted our room rate due to an issue and were always ready to assist.

the room was noisy since it was above the kitchen and faced the parking lot. but the friendly staff were super helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of hot options. The air conditioning worked great.

I stayed for two nights in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, which featured an ample refrigerator and microwave. The staff exhibited great friendliness, and the breakfast offered many tasty options. I found the pillows flat at times. A pleasant experience near Salem.
